Vision

The College of Arts and Sciences envisions to be  the fountainhead for the preservation of culture, the propagation of the arts, and the promotion of science and technology through an ambiance of academic excellence.

Mission

Cognizant of its vision, the College of Arts and Sciences is dedicated to promote quality liberal education and professional education in Biology, Psychology and Communication. 

Goals

In the fulfillment of the vision and mission of the College, the following goals have been instituted:

• Provide a general education program which is relevant and responsive to the needs of the local as well as global community;
• Equip students with knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary in the practice of their respective professions;
• Cultivate in the students a research - oriented attitude and involvement in community activities which will help prepare them for productive  a life in society;
• Create an atmosphere of professionalism founded on integrity and ethical standards; and
• Prepare the students for more specialized studies in the fields of Biology, Psychology, and Communication.

It aims to promote the physical, moral and psychological well-being of its members.

Biological Sciences Society (BSS)

It aims to train students become good stewards of the environment while appreciating scientific advancement.

AUF Historical Society

AUF Historical Society is a non-mandated organization that promotes the integral formation of human persons through the development of their God given talents to their optimum level, thus enabling members to participate actively in the transformation of our society.

AUF English Club

AUF English Club is a non-mandated organization that promotes the English language through competitions and other academic undertakings. Annual activities include poetry reading, inter-high school and inter-collegiate English academic competitions, storytelling to public school students, grammar games, spelling quiz and English word hunt. It also maintains active linkage with the Department of Communication and other organizations in the pursuit of common goals.
